Mounjaro and monster farts. I'm miserable.

Since I moved up to 5mg, I've been farting like a warthog. Really huge, loud, sometimes painful because they're so monsterous and non stop. It's awful. It's keeping me awake and I'm so tired. Is there a remedy? Thank you.

You could try charcoal tablets

I get bad wind the day after injecting at night time.. where you have to be careful as it may not just be a fart! but it generally only lasts the one day. Is yours all the time?

Which of the OTC treatments for excess wind have you tried so far? I've used FyboCalm and found that can help, but there are lots of others.

Look at your diet. Is it carb heavy? Lots of beans or gas producing foods? Mounjaro slows your digestion so lots people have food sensitivities or triggers. Try high protein, low carb and lots of water.
