Hi I’m hoping someone can help me with how they have overcome this issue.

I’m on dose 10 of MJ and lost 3 stone with less than 10lbs to go. It’s very frustrating. I’m 55 years old(did I really just say that???) and had my twins late on so have to be on the go a lot.

I can’t do protein shakes but will have the Lemon Kvarg yogurt. It looks like one of the lowest calorie options for that.

My appetite is nil by tea time but know I have to eat.

Any advice is very welcome. Thanks ladies xx

what is the issue?

the itching? Take an antihistamine

you seem to be looking for advice on what/when/how to eat though, are you thinking of stopping the MJ?

Is the itching a new issue? Has something changed?

Mine started when I changed supplier and pen needle length/brand, when I switched needles back the problem went away.
Others say taking it out the fridge for 30 minutes before using helps them.
Some a longer needle (6mm or 8mm instead of 4mm helped).
Or antihistamine tablets or cream.

Hi the itching has only kicked in over the last few weeks and yes I take Fexofenadine(antihistamine) but even that doesn’t stop it.

I started getting itching/redness around my injection site a couple of months after starting mounjaro, but recently it seems to have eased off and the last couple of injections I've barely noticed anything.

Things that helped me include
Daily antihistamine tablet
Hydrocortisone cream
Boots insect bite antihistamine cream
(I apply both creams together but you could alternate)
Cold compress or ice-cube

I had this start around the same time - lasted about 10 weeks I think and then slowly stopped being an issue, I’m week 54 now and can’t remember last time it was itchy.

I get this. It improves with time but I used to use hydrocortisone cream as well as taking antihistamine pills. It's a pita

I’d recommend rather than taking something, try some hydrocortisone on it.
