Started MJ in Feb - exhausted and plateau - moving down a dose?

I started in Feb at 19st 5, lost really well for 2 months on 2.5mg, but gastro side effects. Once these settled I moved up to 5mg then 7.5 mg. I have been stuck at a plateau for 4 weeks, I moved up to 10 mg —2 weeks ago the plateau is still there but I’m so tired I can barely function . I’m due to jab tomorrow and I’m thinking I need to go back down to 7.5mg and work up for to the tiredness side effects. As you can see I do get plateaus and that’s normal for me. I have PCOS and type 2 diabetes so expected to lose slowly but I can’t do this tiredness. I do eat high protein, high fibre, track calories and drink loads of water . Still thrilled to be 2 1/2 stone down - does anyone have any advice to get the weight loss going down again?

Your curve is almost identical to mine , I stall for 2-3 weeks then have a whoosh then stall again (mid March starter) . I’m going up to 10 next week so no advise on the weightloss (started at 18.1 st now 15.8 st at week 15)

assume you take vitamins but worth checking your Iron, Vitamin B and Magnesium levels for energy levels?

do also research around set weight - it’s a new set point and calibration phase (my last one lasted 4 weeks and now again 3 weeks)

I would speak to your prescribing pharmacist for help

Have you recalculated your daily calorie intake for deficit after your loss?

Thanks for the encouragement, I have just injected 7.5mg and hopefully I’ll see a loss soon . Yes I record my calories on my fitness pal , I’m not very active though so need to work on that
