Warm Mounjaro - is it ok?

Hi everyone, I would really appreciate some advice.

I ordered my second dose of mounjaro from IQDoctor on Tuesday night. I added a note on the special instructions/delivery notes, stating I will be away from home and therefore please dispatch for delivery on Saturday 21st June or later.

Imagine my surprise to see a dispatch confirmation on the Wednesday morning! However I assumed perhaps this was so it would be delivered on the Saturday- I’m still new to this all so wasn’t sure. I then received a note from the Royal Mail on Thursday saying the item will be delivered that afternoon. I immediately responded to Royal Mail, advising I will not be in and to please deliver on Saturday. They confirmed that would do this.

My package has arrived now and is warm to the touch 😨 the ice pack is room temperature and the pen is room temperature.

Is it ok to use this Mounjaro? Or should I not? Also I was thinking about contacting IQDoctor to complain. The reason I ordered on the Tuesday night is because I assumed it would take a couple of days for dispatch (like my first dose). I added the note as a ‘just in case’. Would it be reasonable for me to complain? Or is this my mistake and I should bear the cost if I need a new pen? 😢

Are you going to use it straight away? It only needs to be kept in the fridge until you open it and then it can be kept at room temperature for 30 days

Yes, I’ll use the first dose from tomorrow morning, and will use the whole pen within 30days.

Is it ok for me to pop it in the fridge and use it? It was unopened and out of the fridge for 76 hours, but it did have an ice pack so probably only been at room temperature for 30 odd hours.

There's really no need to put it in the fridge once you have started using it, but you can if you want?

I kept mine in my knicker drawer. I've some unopened ones in the fridge.

My pharmacist told me it will be fine, out of the fridge, for 30 days. I’m away from home for 10 days early next month.
