Just wondering how others are managing their eating while on WLI? Are you counting calories and if so, what do you aim for daily?
I’m on W5 and I’m calorie counting using the WW app (which has a WLI setting) and depending how I feel, it varies between 1000 to 1300.
I’d actually like to use this time to retrain my brain and learn how to eat mindfully so that I’ve got sustainable habits when I come off it but at the moment I don’t trust myself to put the calorie counting apps down. I want to progress to that though!
