I’m really grateful for this board as I’ve picked up quite a few good tips!
The few most helpful are:
- If you feel nauseous, have a snack anyway. It seems totally counterintuitive but it works every time.
- If you’re prone to constipation, take something every day whether you need it or not. Helps to keep things regular.
- If you’re having SE, they often pass once your body adjusts. Don’t be tempted to jack it in
- Use this as a ‘time out’ to learn new sustainable habits and oh, prioritise protein!
