AAAGH lost track of injections!

I've somehow lost track of how many injections I've taken from my current 5mg pen. Someone very helpfully posted photographs somewhere of how it looks at various points.

Looking at my pen the plunger is down the lower end rather than the top so I assume I've still got at least 2 left. Could anyone help? I'm an idiot 😭

Only one. Try using an app like Shotsy or Dose Diary if you are forgetting.

I write the date of dose and how many clicks I used on the box to help me keep track (currently on 40 clicks of 5mg). That definitely helps me
