Hi, I have seen that MM is significantly cheaper for Mounjaro so would ideally like to change to this provider. Could anyone tell me if the video call is mandatory? Is there an option to submit a video, photos, ID etc instead? I just have awful anxiety with video calls. My previous providers haven’t requested a video call. TIA

I’m not sure about the video call but if MM have available stock, Simple online pharmacy will price match the pen. You email them proof of price and stock before placing your order and they send you a voucher code. It actually works out cheaper (£139) because simple only charge £4 delivery.
IQ Doctor also price match to MM including delivery.

Oh really? Thanks for that I’ll look into it! That’s quite annoying as I’ve used Simple before and paid a higher price

I rang them this morning to ask about next deliveries of 12.5 and 15mg. I also queried if a video consultation was needed if switching and they said no, only if starting at 2.5mg.
They said to do the consultation, order and payment online. You then get an email asking you for the extra info they need then they approve and despatch when they have it

Oh no way! Yes I’ve price matched my last two pens with them. It’s a pain that who your matching to has to have stock but I put my email in mm to be notified when they got stock & sent a screenshot of that as proof.

I switched to them this month, I had to upload a face selfie video and switch it to show weight on scales. Quite straight forward. Approved within a day.

That's why I rang them.
I got that email and filled everything in within less than 15 mins only to get the dreaded Out Of Stock message again. The chap I spoke to said that what happens is that someone reserves a 15mg then doesn't complete the sending in info or cancels the order and the system sends out that message to everyone on their email list but they, literally, only have 1 so hundreds of people try but miss out. They are not expecting any more stock until towards the end of the month.

There is. Apparently the manufacturers, with an eye on their profits, switched production over to lower strengths to cope with an influx of new users after New Year but the reduction in stock levels of 12.5 and 15 has now caught up in the supply chain. Stocks are coming through but are not always in the right place at the right time
