Will it be OK in transit until Monday? Let's hope it's not too hot over the weekend as the ice packs will be melted by the time it's sitting on my doorstep.

It should be fine. Whilst they’ve said it has been posted today, when it’s picked up is key and how quickly it makes it through the delivery network.

I presume it’s coming Royal Mail and not DPD for example who would deliver on a Sunday?

The provider I am with uses both Royal Mail and DPD. Last time they used DPD who picked it up on the Friday and failed to move it from the collection depot until early Sunday morning on the hottest day of the year! I was absolutely enraged (especially as they blamed the provider initially then admitted it was them) but luckily the package was still cold when it arrived mid afternoon on the Sunday so it went straight into the fridge and it’s been ok.
