3 weeks after order - still marked “awaiting clinical review”

Has anyone else had this? Been using med express for 6 months for mounjaro. Placed orders on 19 May. In the past always appeared a couple of days after. Nothing turned up so missed my jab that Saturday. Used their online contact form to ask where is was, numerous back and forward they couldn’t locate me, despite me providing ref number - missed 2nd injection. On the Monday morning they said I hadn’t completed a review form (was never sent one) completed it by return -app still showing “awaiting clinical review). So looks like 3rd week will be missed. - do I need to now step back dose? On 7.5 but after that break is it wise to go straight back. Really annoyed - have already paid!

Can you order from somewhere else and get a 7.5mg pen in time to do your dose this week or a day or two late? And then cancel the MedExpress order and ask for a refund?

I did wonder that but thought as a new customer somewhere else it would take ages

No, not ages. I’ve changed providers, to Pharmacy2U this time, it was a day to get approved after I’d applied and uploaded id and photos. Then a Royal Mail 24 hr delivery. Probably most places will be similar.

Thank you I’m going to try that

I recently changed to Oushk and it only took a couple of days once I'd submitted photos, in fact they sent it out the same day :)

I’m in the same boat although I haven’t even started as im waiting on my first one an it’s still under clinical review 🤦🏻‍♀️ but it’s also says re order but I haven’t even received one still. I am so confused and I’ve tried contacting to receive nothing back x

Gingercar · 02/08/2025 21:24

Ask them via the chat. They said I needed to fill on a review questionnaire that I’d never received

I’ve been on mounjaro since April. Stayed at 5mg as it’s continued to work.
could re-order on 18th August - still awaiting clinical review
then said I could order again on 21st August so I did to avoid price rise - that was dispatched and received on 23rd.

but I’m still awaiting my order from the 18th. I emailed them asking why my second order has dispatched before my first but not heard back.

just getting worried as trying to avoid the price increase for as long as possible
