Anyone doing the Mediterranean Diet & Mounjaro at the same time?

Hi All,
During a recent visit to the GP my bloods shown that I was edging towards pre-diabetes and also the beginning of fatty liver so I have started both Mounjaro (currently on 2.5) and the Mediterranean diet at the same time. The Mediterranean diet it said to help with reversing both of those medical conditions. I also have five stone to lose so get to my healthy/ideal weight. I'm currently 5ft 2 and 14 stone 6 😬

My food intake looks like this:
Breakfast: Coffee, splash of low fat milk and NO sugar/sweetners
Lunch: A small portion of greek yoghurt, chai seeds (soaked overnight) topped with steel cut oats and 2 or 3 chopped up strawberries
Dinner: Moroccan Couscous (Mediterranean diet style and homemade) followed by homemade Roasted Cauliflower Spicy Mediterranean Soup
OR
Salmon and three veg (usual sweet potato, brocolli and peas)

Snacks: Zero, I haven't eaten anything outside of my lunch and dinner yet
Drinks: Water (not enough!) and way too many cups of coffee, again, made with a bit of low fat milk and no sugar. I haven't drank anything fizzy or alcoholic

Anyone else doing similar? Is joining two methods together helping with your weight loss? I'm still on the first pen so I am still trying to suss out the right direction to go. Any good Mediterranean Diet recipes?
Thanks in advance😀

Yes, I'm using mounjaro and the Mediterranean diet simultaneously. I'd done the Mediterranean diet before Christmas and lost a stone, and then fell off the wagon and gained half a stone back. Been on the jags and Mediterranean diet for 10 weeks and have lost 2 stone, so my total weight loss is 2.5 stone (i would flag, I have a LOT of weight left to lose - around 8 stone more).

Breakfasts - i don't eat breakfasts

Lunches tend to be stir fries with chicken, veg and 50g rice (dried weight)

Dinners is a real mix - pastas, curries, burgers, chicken and rice, risottos, steak, Chillie con carne. It's always lean protein, lots of veg and a small portion of carbs.

Snacks - i allow myself one sweet treat of around 100 calories a day and a high protein snack (I'm enjoying serano ham crisps from M&S at the moment). If I'm still hungry then I'll have a small portion of either strawberries or raspberries.

Drinks - one diet can of irn bru a day, and around 2litres of water / squash. I don't drink tea, coffee or alcohol.

I do count calories, but more so just to increase my awareness of what I'm eating - as I'm well under my TDEE less 500 cals.

I also take a multivitamin as I was finding i was exhausted and this has helped massively.

@Daschy16 I cooked and added some brown rice to my roasted cauliflower soup today that I had batched cooked because for the first time I was sooooo hungry! I am due my next jab tomorrow so I think it must be running low in my system (I'm only on my first pen) so more than likely I've not built up steady levels yet

You have done so well to lose 2 stone in 10 weeks. Fingers crossed I have similar results by joining the two methods together too. I did have a sneaky peek on the scales this morning, I've lost 2lbs and cms around my waist, mainly do to my bloating belly reducing which I'm happy with.
