Glass broke on pen

My glass broke on pen just took it out of fridge I’ve had it a while but I started first dose last week so was doing my second dose today due. Lost all the liquid which is annoying !

I'm looking for a replacement now quite quickly without going through loads of hoops anyone tried Shemed ? Not a bad price either £99 for pen or anyone recommend anywhere else to try I’ve been on and off for a while now so I’m all ok using it and I tend to stick to the 2.5mg I’ve lost 2 stone since Sept so I am pleased just need to shift another 1 1/2 stone then I be back on track

Is it actual glass? mine have always been plastic I think.
Are you going to try and go back to the provider who you bought it from?
I know you said not jumping through hoops but I would try this first.
They might get back to you quite quickly if it is one of the better ones with the customer service.

You know Shemed is a subscription and have a quite controlling set of terms and conditions? They choose the dosage for you based on filling out their questionnaire and your weight loss. I think they also want a blood test (home kit) done before you start. So, I'd be absolutely sure to check what you're signing up to.

I would also contact the provider you got the broken pen from. The glass vial part should absolutely not break from just sitting in the fridge, so it may have been defective from the start. I think you'd be due a refund.

I've never heard of the glass breaking. Unless you hit or dropped it hard then it must have been faulty, in which case your prescriber should refund or replace it.

Farmeci are good if you have a code they are £99 for 2.5 x

Shemed won’t be fast. Contact whoever you bought it from and ask for a replacement.
