2.5 was ok for me, but I think a part of it was novelty/excitement/motivation/placebo effect.
5 was useless. It honestly might as well have been water in the pen, as I felt so hungry and tired throughout.
I realise that the above are not therapeutic doses.
7.5 seems to have hit the spot suppression wise. It’s only day 2 but so far I’m happy with it. And I feel great too.
Anyone else?
