How long have med express taken to dispatch?

Ordered 7.5 last Fri, approved same day now been stuck in awaiting to dispatch for a week. Iv called and emailed numerous times. I'm now completely out. I wish they would advise there's a delay before taking my money as I could of gone elsewhere. I'm fuming. Shall I request a refund or hang tight?

I ordered yesterday and it's being delivered today.

Can I ask what dose u have ordered?

I ordered 5mg on Thursday night and it was delivered at 9am this morning. There was a warning about 2.5mg and another dosage taking up to 7 days longer though.

If I'd of been advised before I ordered I wouldn't have minded so much, could have made the decision to go elsewhere but now they have £173 of my money and I have no medication left, I'm so annoyed

Mine was 48 hours from ordering (first time) to having it in my hand!

I ordered 7.5mg from them yesterday and came today. It’s all so random isn’t it! All but one pen has come within 48 hours (and the other took 10 days!)

Ordered 7.5mg. It arrived by 6.30pm.

I ordered 7.5 on Monday night and it was delivered Wednesday afternoon

I waited a week the week before last. Ordered in the Tuesday arrived the following Tuesday . Responses were really delayed and the tracking wasn't accurate

I've ordered 5 times now I think and each time it's within 48 hours...but more often in 24 hours! I've not chopped and changed suppliers and have wondered if loyalty has meant a quick priority dispatch

I've just gone up to 12.5 and every open I've had from them has been dispatched the next working day

Ordered Sunday and arrived Tuesday, although still says awaiting dispatch on ME? I’d happily take another one 😂

@Flowers1985 Have you tried phoning? I had a delay in approval for the first time in 5 months and I rang them. There was a recorded message saying I would have to wait an hour to speak to someone, but then the call went straight through. The person I spoke to was very helpful and escalated the order, which was dispatched a few hours later and received the next day.

I decided to cancel that order and re order. My new order has been dispatched already. I think that other order must be stuck in the system and would never of gone anywhere

I ordered my first 2.5mg on Saturday evening and it was delivered this morning.
