I've been with We prescribe for a few months now and have to say their customer service is 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
They are just great, messages are responded to within a few hours, anything complicated they ring you to discuss, quick delivery, great packaging, really, really good.
I'm moving up to 15mg and dropped them a message last night to ask if they could price match a competitor price including their discount and p&p - agreed this morning and order placed. No issues. Just great, very impressed 👍 👍.

Have to agree. I am staying with them, and for maintenance because they have been fab. I intended to switch each month for the best prices but they price matched so I didn't need to. Quick response to emails and delivery. Really happy with them

What is their approval process like OP - photos, video, online consultation?

I'm BMI 27 but have two co-morbidities so I qualify but as I'm right at the lower end I wonder if I might have problems getting approved.

I’ve been with them for 4 months and agree too, no issues at all and have price matched.

@DimplyDumpling, I submitted a photo - there wasn’t any instructions ie tight clothes. Then another photo of the scales with my name and date writing on paper. Approved in a few hours.

Yes, it has with me. You send them a message asking them to price match and either they do or it’s very close and less hassle than moving. They send a link on the message withe the adjusted price you agreed to and you pay using that link rather than the portal you would use with a code or something.

I agree they are very good and quick to respond to messages. I haven't tried the price matching thing yet, was planning to switch to a cheaper one for next month but might give that a try first.

Oh 😞 it turns out they are now not offering price matching for new customers only repeat ones
