Mounjaro in Northern Ireland

Hi all,
I've been considering this for a long time but have hit a real low with weight gain. I'm in Northern Ireland, if anyone could recommend a good supplier/starting point?
I see some suppliers don't deliver to NI and others have had issues with late deliveries.

Any and all advice welcomed!

I’ve used Medexpress for my first 2 pens. I haven’t had any issues. I’ve seen a lot lately saying they aren’t delivering, so I ordered my 2nd pen 2 weeks early. Ordered on a Saturday and was delivered on Tuesday.

I used Medexpress never had any issues at all.

Have you found the process straightforward? I'm really apprehensive tbh

happy with packaging as well. Still nice and cold

I have ordered med express and it comes quickly. Just tried to order my 10mg one though and they won’t give me it because I have gallstones so going to look for a new supplier I think

Hello. My daughter is on Mounjaro and has been since February. She has PCOS and was told she needed to lose 6 stone before she could have IVF. She gets it via she med here in NI and has lost 3 stone so far. She’s very lucky and doesn’t suffer any side effects.

I started off with a local pharmacy in Newry. Then worked out I could get it so much cheaper online. i used Medexpress. With the referral codes it worked out 40 a month cheaper. It has worked really well for me. I am 3 stone down.

I use “simple online pharmacy” 7 stone down, few lbs away from goal in under a year.
simple deliver really quickly and I just divert to the post office to pick up if I think I might miss the delivery window. Plus they offer a maintenance plan.

If you are nervous for the first month or two visit a pharmacy that does a weight loss clinic using the injections. They will show you how to do it etc. I had a friend who actually visited the pharmacy to get the injection as they were not confident or comfortable doing it themselves.

Asda on line pharmacy ...very straightforward .

I am in the South, get it from MyBMI and it is shipped from NI. They have been good.

Hi op I’m from NI, I’ve been using med express from last year and never had any issues. I also hide my usage from family so when they say it’s being shipped by Royal Mail I go onto their link and rearrange the delivery to my local post office. Never had any issues at all.

many companies deliver to NI so not sure where you heard they don’t from.

I also recommend Simple online pharmacy. They price match too so you don’t have to keep swapping suppliers for the cheapest price.

I've been using Bolt pharmacy since June 2024, gets sent through Royal Mail and arrives within 2-3 days of ordering usually. They have been great, no issues at all so far, well packaged and always cold or arrival, they use ice packs and some sort of wool insulation material.

Oh would you mind sharing prices? I'm also south and have been ordering through a pharmacy up north as it's MUCH cheaper than down here - but if I could get it even cheaper I'd be delighted. My script is from a consultant. I had no idea we could use the other big companies in the north to order, I thought it was a loophole finding one pharmacy that does it
