High protein / low calorie food options

Hi all,

I'm here for some inspiration! What high protein / low calorie foods have you been enjoying on Mounjaro?

I'm eating lots of:
Longley Farm Fat Free Cottage Cheese - 17.5g protein per 100 calories
Aldi plain tofu - 10.5g protein per 100 calories
Profuse protein bread - 8.3g protein per 100 calories

As well as chicken breasts / extra egg whites in omelettes etc.

Quark (11.6g per 100g)
0% fat Greek Yogurt (10g per 100g) with a scoop of low cal protein powder (I use PHD Diet Whey - 16g per 25g scoop).
Tuna - 25g per 100g
I get extra protein in with a clear whey protein powder - it's like squash rather than milkshake (I use MyProtein 20g per 24g scoop).

Babybel is 5g protein, I use the light version. Aldi and lidl do high protein puddings and morrisons have high protein own brand fat free yoghurts for 75p, the salted caramel version is delicious, its like a desert so hits the sweet craving when it's that time of month. Also quark, longley farm cottage cheese.
I'm having mini chicken satay skewers, soft boiled egg (cooked in airfryer), half avocado, beetroot and cottage cheese for lunch. I also have pear, pomegranate and pineapple as barely touched fruit since I started 8 months ago. Had a ginger shot with liquid biotin in morning, it's great for bloating. I do have clear whey protein holland and barretts and myprotein whey protein powder for days when I've not had as much protein.
