Beware of medexpress

They have messed up my order, took the money but have not sent the goods. Countless emails sent and they say they cannot verify my account. I tried to log in and it wouldn’t accept password. Hopefully I will get my money back but I’m not holding my breath

This happened with me. I sent them a screenshot from my bank of the payment and they refunded it. Did put me off using them again even though had all been fine the previous 5 months.
you could try raising it with your bank as a disputed payment?
