Thought I’d ordered Munjaro but hey event Wegovy.

Its my word against theirs. And I can’t get a refund or exchange. Anyway looks like i‘m stuck with Wegovy for now. Anyone else on it? How’s it been for you?

Where did you order it from? Surely you have a copy of an invoice or an order form confirming what you ordered? Did you pay with a credit card you could maybe get a refund from the protections that offers?

It's not your word against theirs, you'll have been sent an order confirmation.

You will have the confirmation email and access to your account online with the pharmacy. You also have the product. That is proof.

Surely you cannot have an order confirming nothing? It must specify what you ordered.

In their order confirmation emails, Asda don’t specify the medication, I’ve just checked all my previous emails from them. They provide a button on the email to click through to your account to see the order details instead. The order history on the online dashboard will show the order details, and I guess if that says Wegovy then that’s what you (mistakenly) ordered unfortunately.

I’ve tried both and it’s not as good as Mounjaro. Who did you buy it from?

I believe the research shows that Munjaro is more effective. Hence why I chose it. But I’ve Done the first dose now. So I’ll see how I get on.

You need to log into your pharmacy account and check what you have actually ordered. If it says MJ and you try to order wegovy now you have started that instead you might not be approved

Had my first Dose yesterday. Had a small bowl of museli and two coffee and o do not want any lunch at all! This is unheard of for me!

I thought i ordered 5mg mounjaro, and have been sent 7.5mg.
Can't find anything anywhere that states i ordered 5mg so I'm stuck going up the doses a bit faster than I anticipated

Log in to your account and it will be there.

Says i ordered 7.5 on my account. And 5 and 7.5 are the same price so I could well have done.
It's not the end of the world.
I was torn to go up a dose or not, it just reminded me of this ladies tale

You don't need to take the full dose. 40 clicks would be 5mg.

@TY78910I did check. It doesn’t say! I went back over my browsing history and I can’t find it either.

This is weird. There would be a record somewhere, on your account and in an email. You seem to be avoiding answering who you ordered it from.

That info would be helpful as others might have ordered from the same company and can compare emails etc.

@Toddlerteaplease it will be in the orders section of the online dashboard, iirc you ordered with Asda, as mentioned on another thread. The emails Asda (and Zava as they are the same underlying pharmacy) send out don't mention the name of the medication in the email. They just have the order ref, cost, etc and a button to click through to the online dashboard to see the order details. It's only on the online dashboard where you can see the medication name and the dose level. If it says Wegovy there, then that's what you ordered, unfortunately.

Surely the pharmacist should have checked what OP was last on, if there is that history.

It was a new customer order, so no history. Most pharmacies offer the choice of Wegovy or Mounjaro, and it's up to the customer to choose which one they want.

Have you bought it somewhere dodgy then?

That’s what I’m thinking as I thought any reputable vendor will always list what you have purchased. Also, if it’s a prescribed medication, you need to be able to view the prescription somewhere?

It was from ASDA. Well since it’s been less than two days since the first dose, and my appetite has completely disappeared, I’ll stick with Wegovy for now.

Wegovy is great. i lost two stone on it. you'll do fine.
