Livewell Weight Loss - missed video call

Hi,

I decided it’s time to try Mounjaro (have a lot to lose - 10 stone or so) and on Friday night placed an order with Livewell Weight Loss. I haven’t had any emails from them apart from the initial confirmation (and they’ve taken the money) but earlier today I missed a Whats App video call that seemed to be from them.

Does anyone know what the next step is? Do I call them back? I’d like to arrange a time ideally so that I don’t get a call when I’m in the office!

I guess all you can do is call them back when it suits you to find out what they want or arrange a time to talk. Otherwise they are likely to try you again and you might just keep missing each other, delaying your order.

I would rarely be able to take an unexpected video call during the working day either.

Could you message them on WhatsApp? That might get through faster than an email?
