How would you feel if you ate this?

I just felt so full after lunch I didn’t want tea! This was yesterday

b- melon blueberries and yoghurt
l- 1 egg, feta, half avocado, 1 bloomer sized toast, apple
four jelly sweets
d- tiny tiny quiche portion, chips salad

I just plugged it all into nutracheck and there isn’t anything wrong with how much I ate - calories was 1442 and protein was 47.2

I just wondered how you would feel.

47g is well under your daily protein requirements unfortunately. You need a bare minimum of 1g per kg of body weight and you should aim for 1.5 (though I never do that)

This is the WLI board so I would expect most people to be on WLI

Soup and half a mini baguette can't come in at more than 500 calories and that's being very generous. Nobody should be eating that low, on WLI or not.

I'm very tall and slim and would probably need a pre-bed snack but would be fine.

1422 isn’t normal. Normal is your TDEE

You should be spending your calories on optimum nutrition, learning how to get the best out of your food for when youre on the injection and beyond. And your protein intake is very low so what you’ve had isn’t normal eating.

Problem is that amount of calories FOR ME wouldn't have me in TDEE -500 as I'm short, so it isn't right to say it's an ED. Depending on OP height and what she's doing then it may be enough calories.

I think I might have felt a bit full after the lunch - bread really fills me up. I’d have had the sweets later while watching tv but I don’t see why people are being so critical. This seems like an ok day of food to me and 1400 calories is not starvation unless you’re a 6ft body builder 🤷‍♀️

why are you asking op?

I just wanted to compare my experience to those of others- how full people feel on WLI.

I now realise the lunch meal was too calorie carb and fat dense and left me feeling too full.

People seem to get very cross when people aren't eating 'perfectly' according to their macros etc on WLI. I spent the first 9 months on Mounjaro eating exactly what I used to eat before but less of it. It's only been recently I'm actually paying attention to protein and I have simply had to change what I eat to get enough protein or I would be too full before I can eat it all. Don't worry! Your meals look ok, but with that calorie allowance you can't afford that many carbs if you want to eat more protein, it's a simple choice.

You're the one who mentioned Macros - I’ve never bothered with them. And it’s the op who’s getting cross.

Im also eating the way I’ve always eaten which was for maximum nutrition, to try and somewhat counteract (in my own mind) what being fat was doing to my health. Now I just eat less of it.

I worded it badly. I wouldn’t feel sick as in nauseous, but just so full that if I ate anything else I’d be sick (hope that makes sense).
It’s definitely the carbs that I can’t handle right now.

47g protein isn’t enough unless you are literally seven stone. If you’re experiencing very high suppression then you have to choose very nutrient-dense options. I love chips as much as the next person but if you were stuffed yesterday you need to replace them with something else 🤷‍♀️
