Extreme Fatigue - Mounjaro

I took my 7th dose this morning - my 3rd on 5mg.
I'm struggling with extreme fatigue for 24-48 hours after jabbing.
Today I've spent the whole day in bed. I just don't feel like i can function.
Does this go away or am I going to have to deal with this throughout my MJ journey?

What are you eating?

You might get used to it, if its the jabs themselves and not the reduction in food, or they might not suit you.

Maybe you aren't eating enough?

I had that at the beginning but it turned out I was severely anaemic. I'm fine now.
