Emetephobic but desperate to start Mounjaro

Is anybody in my boat and had a positive experience? I’m very emetophobic and I’m getting myself so worked up to start Mounjaro.

I have pcos, very overweight, pre diabetes. Struggling to lose weight for the last few years.

I just can’t find it in myself to start with all the nausea and vomiting posts I see online.

I have only vomited a handful of times in my adult life and found those very stressful so was also worried too, but 3.5 weeks in and I am glad to say so far no nausea or sickness here, some toilet issues here and there and feeling cold first week otherwise totally fine !

Yes to feeling cold!

But that's 100 times better than feeling sick.

OP if you're worried about vomiting, how about taking some of these at the same time as the injection? They can be repeated when required. They're very good for all forms of nausea and you can get them on Ebay.
