despatched or not despatched, that is the question...

I ordered Mounjaro from Medexpress last Friday, and received a message on Tuesday to say sorry we have delays at our warehouse.
The strange thing is that the tracking bit says that the medicine was despatched last Friday when clearly it wasn't.
How long are others waiting for Mounjaro atm - I'm getting concerned!

I’ve had this a few times. I phoned as was worried it was sitting somewhere melting! It’s always come within the week in the end so fingers crossed for you.

I ordered on the 6th of May and still haven't received it yet. A Royal Mail tracking code was created the same day but when I click on it it says they're waiting to receive my parcel.
I've emailed and spoken to MedExpress and got nowhere. I'm now reading comments on FB saying they have no stock.

I'm also due to take my next dose tomorrow, except I can't because I haven't got it!

Was it your first order? They’re usually pretty quick for me. Never more than a day or two and usually next day. First order might be longer if they need photos.

What dose are you on? I’ve not seen anything about them being out. I’m on 7.5. Thank you

I'm on 5mg.
Someone commented on the MedExpress page on FB that they had spoken to them this morning and had been told that they don't have any stock. Apparently they've said it could be at least another 7 days.
I called them this morning and they mentioned 7 days then but didn't say anything about stock issues.

Just to let you know it was 5mg dose, not my first dose. I complained on Wednesday and got no reply. However I got a message from Royal Mail over night to say it was coming today between 11-3 and it has now arrived. Phew

I’m waiting for mine too. Was supposed to jab on Tuesday

It is really stressful isn’t it? Hope it arrives soon.
