I can't find it today, had no posts and it's not in my groups anymore. I wonder if I've been blocked, or is it down? Any one knows?

FB deleted it again. Hira hasn't been given an explanation yet so can't even appeal.

There is a thread on the Oushk main group asking for ideas for other platforms.

People would go absolutely mad with the off licence discussions.

Saw it had been deleted again. Tbh the original was a cess pit, it's a shame whats happening as the company do put in so much of themselves to these groups.

I lasted about two hours in the original group. It was very unhealthy but liked the new one for the time I was there. I'm down 80lb not ,much left now so I am sure I can do the rest alone.

The maintenance group is okay, I don't use it for support but it's good for any updated info from the company. Although they are good emailing x
