Severe mood swings on mounjaro

On 7,5 not having good results getting terrible mood swings emotionally depressed and crying, hair falling out slowly too. Anyone else finding there mood changes

Yes definitely but for me it's when it wears off or I need to move up a dose. When I'm on it and it's working, I'm calm and happy as it stabilises my blood sugars. I've just started 12.5mg and hope it lasts long.
