Since having my gallbladder out about 12 years ago, I calorie count and go to the gym to maintain my weight.

I don't want to maintain anymore, I want to lose some. And it's just not happening.

Please can somebody help me with a fast (preferably next day delivery), good customer services and not over priced website? There are so many places to buy from!

Also, do you inject daytime or before bed, or does it not matter? Any suggestions to help with side effects are so very welcome!

I've used Zava recently with no issues. First time ordering will take longer as they will need to ask you for photos and your consultation will be reviewed by a doctor. Once approved and processed the orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.

Time of day for the injection doesn't matter, you can do it whenever you prefer. Some prefer in the evening, I prefer in the morning on a WFH weekday.

Mild gastric side effects can be managed via the usual home treatment, OTC medication and changes to diet/hydration. The advice from providers will be to eat a healthy balanced diet,focussing on protein, veg/fruit and avoiding fatty/greasy foods or lots of processed carbs. Also avoid getting dehydrated by drinking plenty of water or other fluids.

All this assumes that you meet the prescribing criteria of BMI >= 30, or BMI >= 27 with weight related heath condition(s), or BMI >= 27 whilst being one of a list of ethnicities where obese is classified as BMI 27 or higher.

I have noticed that it takes longer to get a prescription processed these days - probably due to the upsurge in people taking it. That said Zava, Oushk and IQ Doctor have all had mine delivered within a few days of ordering.

I took the plunge and ordered with Asda yesterday! Ready to collect today!
