Gastric symptoms after 8 weeks on 2.5mg

not sure why this is happening as I’ve been fine for 7 weeks on 2.5mg, but suddenly I feel so nauseous and have awful diarrhoea every morning when I wake up. Due to take my next dose tonight, but not sure whether to hold off or not. Eating healthily, only drinking water and electrolytes in water so not had anything that may have caused it.

anyone else had this and what helped please?

Does your electrolyte have magnesium as well? W.H.O recommended ones only have potassium and sodium and are used for dehydration but there are some brands which have extra ingredients like magnesium. Some people are sensitive to it.

I take magnesium at night anyway so don’t think it could be that.
