Concerned husband has bought fake stuff from Innopharm

so my husband and I were looking into the weight loss jabs as our BMI would qualify and we want to get back to our healthy selves. I’d decided to look into a bit more as a bit concerned about side effects and safety.

my husband decided to order it stupidly through one of his friends who is currently on it as they said they could order it cheaper. I wasn’t very happy about this as I’d rather he did it properly and ordered the starter 2.5mg dose but his friends order a 10mg dose and do the injections manually at 2.5mg (as far as I understand from what they said)

it’s turned up today and seen the company they order from is Innopharm which I hadn’t heard of and when I’ve googled there is so many articles about them not being properly registered and the pens not looking right so I’m worrying it’s either fake stuff which could be absolutely anything in or potentially unsterile.

im absolutely livid his friends would do this but they are idiots generally and do everything on the cheap so it doesn’t surprise me but I’m not happy about my husband taking it so want him to return it back to his friend.

has anyone ordered from this company?

Nope, not ordered from them because they are the very definition of dodgy. Not Uk based, not registered with the GPhC and goodness knows what you’re getting as supposed medication. They’re not even cheaper than the cheapest UK regulated above board pharmacies! What they’re doing is not legal in the UK. So he should bin it as it really could be anything. Order from a legit UK supplier, there’s a list on https://monj.co.uk

Never mind that it’s illegal to pass on prescription only medication so his mate that passed it on is essentially drug dealing.

That’s what I was thinking it’s not even the cheapest at the minute! They do sound incredibly dodgy so I’m going to ask him to get rid or give back to his friend. If they want to risk it I’m not bothered but I wouldn’t want to and don’t want him to either.
