Travel insurance

I’m trying to get travel insurance and it asks for medical conditions you are taking medication for. I’m taking mounrjaro but it only allows you to list conditions not medication. When I started I was obese but not any longer. I don’t want to leave it out and risk invalidating the insurance but I can’t see anyway of adding the medication without a condition which I don’t have.
has anyone dealt with this and how did you sort it?

I would put down obesity.

I have high blood pressure and take medication for it. My blood pressure is now normal, but only because the medication controls it. It is the same for your obesity, if you come off the medication your weight will (probably) increase.
