Want to change supplier

I am currently with chemist4u, not had any problems with them and they deliver quite quickly.
My Bmi is currently 30 and I am hoping that when I get to a bmi below 25 I can go on a maintenance dose - which Chemist4u don't seem to do.
I would like to move now to a supplier who does, so I am with a right supplier for when the time comes to go on a maintenance dose.
What information do I need to give to a new supplier to prove I am already on mounjaro so I don't have to start on 2.5mg again - currently buy 7.5mg but inject 6.25mg
When I look at my orders with chemist4u it never states what Mg I have bought so how do I prove what I have been on?

You take a photo of the box with the label printed on it , that has dosage . make sure your name is visible too

Oushk is great for maintenance and do video consultations and have a Facebook support group. I moved on to them in January when I was bmi 29 for maintenance. I'm bmi 27 now. They have regular discount codes too. Have my maintenance consultation booked at end of May and they then do 15% off and free delivery for maintenance plans so it's a good discount.

Thank you.
I am due to oder a new pen this coming week, so I will do that.

Oushk also let you choose your delivery day which others don't.

Do I need to make a video consultant appointment for a new pen or is that just for when you want to start maintenance.
Also how long do people wait for a video appointment - still got a bit to loose before maintence but want to be prepared for when the time is right.
Sorry for all the questions.

You can't post referral codes in this part of the forum. Also, I would not go to Medexpress they don't support maintenance and have a hard cut off of 2 years or a BMi of 23. Seriously search the forum for Medespress cutting people off with no warning. There have been at least 2 threads this week.

Oushk allow you to pick a delivery date and you choose in the drop down box from Royal Mail Recorded (signed for) or Royal Mail Shipping (allows to leave in safe place at your own risk). They used to also have DPD as an option but have suspended them for too many problems in the Manchester area at the dispatch end. They are looking at other courier options to replace DPD.

You will be able to order and get your pen, but all customers need to do at least one weight verification video call too (quick 2 minute call showing ID and standing on scales) which you can book through their web page when you have an account, it won't delay your pen being sent out if you cannot get an appointment for a few weeks.

I am not at maintenance stage, but I believe the appointment calendar for maintenance is quite full and it might be a few weeks so you need to book in advance when you are starting to get near your target weight.

I think Oushk is the way forward for me as I really want to have a maintenance dose after I get to where I want to be - I have lost 3 stones so far and would like to loose another 2 and then start maintenance.
I don't mind doing a video call and standing on the scales, just wasn't sure if I should get my next pen from chemist4u incase I had a few weeks wait waiting for an appointment with Oushk.
I also don't want to get to a healthy Bmi and then try and move supplier for them to then say no as I wouldn't then be over weight, so for peice of mind, I need to move now while I am still over weight.

Pharmulous and TFC also let you choose a delivery date. Simply email once you’ve ordered.

Do you know how long they allow you to do a maintence dose for?

I moved to Oushk from Med Express a few months ago. I didn't like Med Express's attitude to maintenance and I don't like their referral program so I wanted to change.
I decided to move to Oushk in plenty of time before getting to BMI 30. They're not the cheapest but they're not bad on price - there is always a discount code but thankfully, no referral progrm. Their service is good. And they're very availalble if you have a query or need to change something.
I like that you can pick a delivery date when you order. So it's been a good change for me and I'll be sticking with them.

Sorry for all the questions.

You don't have to book a video consultation, that's for advice, maintenance and they do a 5 min weight verification video call.
You can choose between royal mail or DPD, with DPD you get a pin to give to the courier. I've always chosen DPD and order a few weeks in advance, you can choose your delivery date way in advance if you want and I've never had an issue with it.
I think the current maintenance dates are in July because they are so popular now and a lot of people who started in January, and there was a lot, are close to finishing. I booked mine a few weeks ago but I emailed and asked for a week when I was off work in end May rather than the middle of June that they were starting from. They are very quick at replying emails and they have a WhatsApp.

@Bati Pharmulous will definitely prescribe long term. If you have TikTok, look for Dr Mel on Mounjaro She’s the Medical Director, is on MJ herself and posts with FAQs etc. There are mixed reports about TFC so I wouldn’t like to say how ling they’ll prescribe tbh.
