Started Sept
paused end Dec to end Feb - restarted March
SW 14.1
CW 11.8
TW 11.0 I only have 8 pounds to lose now to get to healthy weight. I have got 1 x 5mg pen left so hoping to do it over the next 5 weeks. Going to order 1 more pen and try and wean down to micro dose with view to stopping it eventually.
Has anyone done this successfully, and got any advice ? I know many say why are you stopping it etc but I don’t want to remain on it as feel have got into healthier habits and got back into nicer clothes hoping this will be motivation enough.
Has enough kept on good diet but still regained when stopped as heard can help with hormones etc

I was on the jab from oct and my last jab was on the 15th of February so that’s over 2 months ago. I stopped because I’d always planned on only ever buying 4 pens and that was it. I’m in my late 30s so I can’t be on the jab forever as that could easily be for the next 45 years really.
Since I’ve been off the jab, I feel hunger but nothing horrendous like what we’ve been led to believe, I just eat and snack right. I finished at a BMI of 24.8 and 2 months later, my BMI is 23.9 so I’m still losing weight. I’ve been able to stay on a calorie deficit with ease because I exercise 5 days a week even before I went on the jab and I don’t plan on stopping my exercises, I focus on weight training which I’ve been using to tone up. I’ve not been tempted to go back to my ‘old ways’ because I’m enjoying the ‘second chance’ I’ve got, enjoying wearing clothes I love, not just what fits and looking forwards to summer holidays so I know these lifestyle changes are for life really. There’s some maintenance threads on the board that you can also read and follow along
