Hi all, im starting next week and a bit worried about the side effects so want to try to do this the best way possible.

What supplements do you need on Mounjaro? Are the any foods to avoid? I’ve read you need to drink a lot of water too . Thanks

You don’t need any supplements at all. I take a multivitamin, but I always have so no different to usual there for me.

There are no foods to avoid, but the advice is to eat a varied healthy diet. Mounjaro slows down you digestion so anything that’s hard to digest might be harder to digest. Things like fatty foods, processed carbs and so on. Some people have issues with spicy food.

This. Silence's advice is spot on. Good luck, it has been life changing for me.
