I’ve had one day of minor side effects about week 2 and then all has been well since. Today (2 days after final 7.5 injection) I felt really ill when out, came home (thankfully) and had severe d &v…I’m a single mum although thankfully have helpful teens who have taken over tea and bedtime. I feel much better, though delicate, has anyone else experienced this? Did it go away? Was there a cause? I have 10mg in the post ready to start next week…

Just because you've got a new pen coming with an increased dose, it doesn't mean you have to go up to that!
So many people are losing the weight so quickly as they feel they need to keep going up and their suppression is so high they're barely eating !

the levels of medication in your system now is the highest it will have been to date, given that it builds up each week. So you may have reached a level that you find hard to tolerate. You could count clicks to do 7.5mg doses rather than 10mg from your new pen and see if the side effects settle.

Could it not be a bug?

It absolutely could be! Just otherwise feel fine, no temperature etc. I know I don’t just have to move up but it’s been going well…good suppression but still can eat etc.

It sounds like a stomach bug op
