Medexpress and photos

Has anyone been rejected from med express because they don’t look as big on their photos as they actually are? I have submitted two sets of photos now and I am still pending clinical review, I have bmi of 31.5 but worried I don’t LOOK it. Do they measure us or something or just judge on how many rolls they can see? I ordered on Monday.

Are you wearing tight fitting clothes in the pictures and are they non-black clothes? Black and/or loose clothing seems to have caused issues in the past for people posting here.

I did mine tactically ( end of day , bloated period week, stuck my belly out ! ) and my BMI was just 30 . Also in a crop top and knickers so no hiding in clutching at all

Clothing * not clutching

My first ones were dark clothing and then I did in sports bra and knickers and it’s been 4 days which is causing me to over think it.

I have period bloat today, I might eat some lactose and get some more pics to really emphasise it incase they ask for more!

If they haven’t actually turned you down based on the second photos, then they are probably just being slow rather than there being an issue.

Not with med express but I wore old too small running shorts that gave me a muffin overhang and a sports bra. Also started BMI 31. You want to look as unflattering as possible.

I emailed them to chase up my order this morning and they came back and said they needed another photo so I have provided a third photo and they have replied that it meets the prescribing guidelines and will be forwarded to the clinical team to check suitably and it can take up to 4 business days to review.

I think they should change their name to Med At A Leisurely Pace. There is certainly nothing Express about them!
