Hi all. Im very close to my target, starting weight was 15st, current weight is 9st6, my goal is 9st although i do have some belly fat still so i may go a little lower. Ive been taking MJ since first week of october, and im up to 12.5mg. But im wondering what people are doing after? Im not planning on immediately cold turkey'ing it. My current plan is to drop every 2 weeks to 5 mg and then stay on that for a few months, I can go back up as needed if 5mg is too low. Then after a few months of 5mg go to 2.5mg then come off. But im wondering if anyone has used a titration plan and been successful. Or have seen any plans thatthey are planning to follow. Thanks.
