Oushk delivery - Highlands and Islands

I've been with medexpress since I started mounjaro in October and had no difficulties so far with delayed deliveries. They have all come via Royal Mail and still been chilled on arrival.

Now that I'm getting closer to BMI 30 i'm starting to consider switching supplier in advance of needing to think about maintenance and Oushk seem like a good bet.

We are in a Highlands and Islands postcode area and sometimes deliveries are delayed to us. Anyone here witrh experience of Oushk delivering to H&I postcode? Otherwise any other suggestions for a maintenance friendly supplier? I don't think medexpress are as flexible?

Thanks

Thanks

I would perhaps go onto the Oushk support group and ask if there are any H&I customers and ask how they find deliveries.

Oushk package in the usual puffin wool packaging with one ice block and pack into in a plastic bag. I am central Scotland and the iceblock is usually defrosted by the time it arrives but inside the package is still well chilled. They say the packing keeps the pen cool for 72hrs (although I am not sure I would trust that in the warmer weather)

They currently allow you to choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Recorded Delivery.
DPD have been suspended as there has repeatedly been issues in the Manchester sorting depot where they are based and where the parcels start their journey
They are looking into UPS as an alternative now (UPS also have locker services if you have local access to them)

I guess it would depend on how reliable those couriers usually are in your particular area.

Royalmail tracked 24 has been perfect for medexpress orders so if that's an option it should be fine. No UPS lockers here without a ferry journey! Thanks very much, sounds like it should work ok.

My Oushk delivery came by Royal Mail guaranteed delivery before 1pm so sounds the same as you're getting with med express

I’m in an AB post code that often appears on lists lumped in with H&I, and I’ve never had any problems with Oushk via RM. Always arrived when it should and still cool. They’ve had some issues with DPD but that seems to be more with the depot they dispatch from, not anything to do with delivery depots.

Perfect, thanks. RM tend to be ok here but some of the others can be hit and miss. Think I'll switch before my next order. Honestly can't believe that "overweight" BMI is in sight!
