Stupid photos for Boots!

I've tried three times now to order online from Boots, I keep having to redo the photos - I live alone and don't have a big enough mirror for a good mirror selfie! Just sent some more off but if they reject them again are there other places I can try? I understand they need to see I am obese and who I say I am but it is so frustrating!!!

Please do try somewhere else! Boots are so much more expensive than anywhere else without any reason for it. Look at monj.co.uk for a list of suppliers.

I record a video and then screenshot from that to get decent photos and Iagree to try somewhere else!

do you have a boots locally? could you get one of the staff to help?

the photos boots need, you can't screen shot or upload, they have to be done real time. otherwise people would be photoshopping their pics left right and centre

I set up my phone to video me then walk into frame & stand still at different angles then take screenshots from the video - might that work?
(I'm not with boots)

Yes, as the countess says, you have to take the photos within the app. I'm pending approval now and they have my bank details so presumably if the photos get the green light, then I'm already committed for the first month. But now I know, I'll definitely shop around next time! Thanks everyone.

I prop my phone on the coffee table, set the timer for 10 seconds and back away until my whole body is visible on the screen.
