Changing to new supplier but on higher dose

I started off with 2.5mg on Farmeci but the next dose up is £173.

I was wondering if you start with a new supplier on 5mg? If so who?

Also if I moved to Medexpress, can you use a discount code every month? Thanks

Yes, you just need to say that you’ve taken the medication before. You will need to upload proof of your prescription…a photo of the prescription label or email order.

The Medexpress discount is just for your first order. If you need a code PM me. You. an also price match against Chemist4U before you order to get £25 credit on your account.

Juat to add, I started with Superdrug then moved up to Medexpress.

I moved from Farmeci on 2.5mg to IQ Doctor on 5mg with no problems. I have found out since that Farmeci will price match but I don’t know if that’s a price match on a discounted price or the retail price. The Monj website is such a godsend to find the cheapest price.

Thanks, do you mean you can price match in Medexpress? How do you do that please? Thanks

You just need to create an account then email them to say you are price matching the 2.5 and send them this link:

https://www.chemist-4-u.com/mounjaro

Then you have a credit on your account and you can order the 5mg. This will only work on your first order and then you would have to price match the 5 mg next time.

I'm with medexpress and the video ate 1st time only. I would suggest looking on monj.co.uk as you will be able to find it cheaper than them.
You just need to take a picture of your current dose and you can then select to stay or move up 😊

If you use medexpress in future it may be worth price matching first so they credit your account, combine that with the £40 referral code and you can get about £56 off 😊

IQ Doctor will also price match, you just email them first and they will reply with the process.

I’ve moved to IQ from Medexpress as their prices are better and they have discount codes for all customers, not just new and they also price match. Medexpress don’t price match with the cheapest suppliers so it was still working out too expensive to stay with them for me. I had no problems switching to IQ at all and started my higher dose with them.

I’m on 10mg but would like to go to another supplier as cheaper elsewhere. Do you need to provide photos as I’m now a slimmer size 12 and worried they won’t give it to me. BMI is 27.

mounjaromarc · 12/04/2025 14:25

I thought farmeci price matches. Email them.

It's on the price match section on monj

I’m with IQ. You have to message them before ordering, to price match, yes. But I think quite often their own discount code for all customers is actually cheaper than price matching, so you don’t always need to price match.

Time4changeagain · 12/04/2025 16:30

As Mounjaromarc said above, Farmeci also price match.

From the monj page…

Farmeci are a smaller pharmacy taking on the price matching of matching other companies deals, impressive as smaller pharmacies tend to be a lot quicker to respond to questions or phone calls.
Furthermore, the process is straightforward and a simple email will do, and Farmeci is on the pulse with the current pricing of the competition and seems to offer a no quibble price match service.
Please note: Farmeci does have a limit on what they can offer in terms of a price match, something like the double price match is not achievable, but check with them!
To help assist them with the price match, provide them with the following information:

  • A screenshot of the competitor’s advertised prices
  • A screenshot of any delivery fees they may charge
Once they have this information, a team member will help you further. Just drop them an email, showing the information above, ask for a price match before you order.

This will save you having to move suppliers too 😁
