Mediexpress long delays?

Hi is anyone having problems with Medexpress not delivering. I was approved on Tuesday now Sunday. And it's been saying awaiting dispatch from Tuesday. I was under the impression that they dispatch fairly quickly, 1-3 working days. Just wondering if they are slow as I don't want to have delays with the treatment. Thanks.

Never used them, but there are regularly threads about delays with this provider.

Which is ironic because everyone trying to promote their stupid codes swears it's fast delivery.

I use pharmacy2u. Reordered Thursday, delivered Friday. No dicking around with MLM style codes either.

With the recent updates to the guidelines for prescribing I would imagine most pharmacies will be overwhelmed implementing the changes and the additional workload onboarding new customers may be causing some delays.

New customers will need to be patient, and/or if anyone is pharmacy bouncing to get good deals now, trying to have a pen in hand as a buffer for any delays (which comes with it's own set of problems if you don't know what dose you will need in a months time).

I've picked my pharmacy, not the cheapest, not the most expensive. As long as they continue to give the service I want I will stick with them so they know my history. I can't be doing with all the angst/worry from switching, waiting to be approved, rejected, waiting for refunds, trying to get referrals etc.

Last week i ordered with them on Saturday and my pen arrived on the Monday. I've never had an issue with their delivery service.

Just check your junk mail, I had an issue where they were waiting for a reply.

I'm wondering if the people having delays are first time orders like myself? I am just getting anxious as I have never used weight loss injections before.

I had 10 days delay with my second pen so ordered my 3rd as soon as I could. It arrived this week within 48hrs.

I've been with them since Nov, every pen has been delivered super quickly.

Never had an issue with Medexpress. Always a fast turnaround. Check they're not waiting for anything from you.

First pen took a week, the three since have all arrived within 48 hours of ordering.

I had to keep emailing them, ordered my second dose from somewhere else and it was an absolute breeze in comparison

I stopped ordering a few weeks ago, but have been with them since June last year. No issues, ever.

I have experienced delay for a first time ever simply because I typed wrong weight . I must have put something ridiculous in since they sent me an email questioning my massive weight loss. I had to make pictures of shame 🫠 and send my ID again and waiting for resolution. Hopefully they will not refuse to prescribe... Note to self, never order in a rush, in the middle of the night and double check the stuff you type in 😅.

Been with them since October last year. Have never had a problem. Ordered my latest pen on Friday and Royal Mail delivered it today.

How strange. I ordered Friday and delivered Saturday - I’m three months in though.

I ordered Wednesday evening and pen arrived on Friday.

I would contact the customer services, they are pretty responsive at getting back to you.

Update, it seems to have gone missing in the post, so created to them they are sending me a replacement free of charge.

I haven’t had any serious delays. Last ordered on Saturday, 2 days ago, it’s arriving today. It’s not usually quite that quick though. My previous order had a 4 or 5 day wait between payment and confirmation. I think my very first order there was a delay of maybe 5/6 days from payment to confirmation?
It has always arrived within 2 to 3 days of confirmation though.

My husband ordered his first pen from them last week and was approved and delivered pretty much straight away - I ordered a few days later and have had an email to say they’re experiencing unforeseen delays so I’m still waiting. Hopefully not for too much longer

Yes I had issues. I cancelled my order and went with Ashcroft.

Medexpress were very quick to cancel the order and send a refund (done within 30 minutes).
