Stopped losing weight 7.5/10mg

I’ve been losing steadily from October to mid-February. Then it seemed to tail off after first week on 7.5mg. Appetite suppression reduced and food noise is back. I persevered for the rest of the pain just maintaining and then ordered 10mg, but it’s exactly the same.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice/suggestions?

No I find the higher doses work a lot better. 10mg is giving me full suppression all week, I'm on week 6 jabbed today what I have noticed is all week I've been having protein shakes and I'm much more full and don't have the post 5 day hunger, even though I'm hormonal time of month and normally ravenous so I'd recommend drinking lots of water and cutting out carbs which causes sugar spikes and makes you crave more sugar. Stick to high protein and see if that helps. I definitely lose more when I limit carbs and eat more protein and drink more water. Do you drink alcohol? If so try cutting that out too as it's empty calories. Are you tracking food and sticking to a deficit? I find tracking food really helps, today I've hit 1125 calories and I'm OK so it helps keep me from snacking.
