Awful stomach pain

I only took the first dose of Mounjaro but ever since have had the worst pain in my ribs, back and abdomen. All tests and scans are normal. Any ideas?

Wind? Do you have any GI symptoms? Some have GI side effects and its related to fatty/oily food or carbs limit pasta and bread and red meat which is harder to digest. What have you eaten since starting it? If you aren't already, really need to drink 2-3 litres of water a day as some of the severe side effects are caused by dehydration and mounjaro causes dehydration. What did they recommend after your tests?
