Hi all, I started my weight loss journey 7 weeks ago and it started well. I lost 8lbs in the first four weeks and three pounds week five. The past two weeks my weight has gone up and down by a few pounds day to day, but I’ve not lost any more in my weekly weigh-ins. I’ve also been really ill this week and have eaten very little so should have lost weight anyway. Admittedly I’ve been in bed and not moving for a week (chest infection). Has anyone else found their weight loss stalling so early on? I’d love to hear some positives.
