Best insulin case for travel

Can anyone suggest an insulin case for taking pens on holiday? Thanks.

Depends if you want a short term very cold (new pen storage) or something to stay under 30 degrees.

I have one from Amazon that you put ice packs on and it keeps the pen properly cold for about 4-5 hours. There are loads available. I also have a Frio wallet which is activated by cold water and keeps the pen cool rather than cold and is great for an open pen.

There’s also a good selection on here.

I would probably say if you want something fool proof and are prepared to spend money I would go for a breezy pack.

Otherwise a cheap insulated case and ice pack does the job for most.

Hi thanks both. I will have already started the pen but would still prefer to keep it in a case as I’ll be travelling to quite hot temperatures. I know it can be unrefrigerated once open but don’t know
how it’ll respond to 35/40 degree heat.

@JamesGetIn badly! In that situation, the Frio wallet is probably the easiest as it stays cool for a couple of days and is activated with cold water. I used one travelling in Indonesia and it worked really well!

Another vote for Frio

The pen MUST be kept below 30c at all times. If you won't have access to a fridge I would get a Breezy pack. It doesn't keep it fridge cold but will keep it at a safe temperature without the need for ice packs or even water.
