Price match - I don't get it!

Can someone please tell me how you do the price match thing? I get that you have to send a link to the website to your current provider but also a screenshot of the price and your dose - does that mean that you have to pretend to do an order with the other provider to get the price on the screen? Will they price match including discounts? Sorry, autism has taken over my brain on this one!

Have ordered today with Simple Online Pharmacy. I don't know who to price match with as I've looked at the list with all the discounts and I don't know if I should be looking at prices with or without discounts which is one of the reasons I'm confused lol

Ok, so the first step would be to check what Simple Online pharmacy’s price match policy is. It’ll be on their website, I can take a look….

Here it is:

https://www.simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk/customer-care/price-promise/

It says: “Please include a link to the product on our competitor’s website and a screenshot showing the medicine, strength and price”

So yes, you would go to a competitor website and go through the steps until you get to a screen showing the medicine, the dosage and the price. Take a screenshot of that and put it in your email to Simple. Copy and paste the web address of that page into the email, and send it off to them.

the Terms and Conditions don’t specifically exclude prices with discounts, so I would include any discounts from the other pharmacy.

The website Monj.co.uk has a table showing the discount prices which you can sort by price. That way you can see who comes out cheaper than Simple and pick one to screenshot.
