I'm on my 3rd 2.5 pen and need to decide what to order next. I am consistently and happily losing a couple of pounds a week, which is great. I am definitely a bit hungrier than I was, and don't think I feel full in the same way after meals as I did at the start, which could be a sign to move up? But I am still losing weight, it's not horrible, and I'm wary of moving up if I don't need to. How do people decide? Is it very obvious if you need to move up?
