Sickness and bad breath

Hello ,
I started my injections last Sunday and spent most of Monday being sick , foul breath, sulpher taste and feeling weak the next day.
Same thing happened again this Monday very bad vomiting, cons barely slept.
Has anyone else had these symptoms , and what did you do to sort it out?

What are you eating? Mounjaro slows your digestion, so it's worth considering your diet and looking for foods that are easier to digest and don't produce lots of hydrogen sulfide if they take a long time to digest.

I’m eating lots of salads , however I do think I’m probably not drinking enough water
