I started on Tuesday, I’ve had absolutely zero side affects, within about half an hour of injecting I didn’t feel hunger at all.
I’ve been eating around 1000-1200 Cals a day and definitely feel like I’ve lost some weight already, my diet before was awful.

how much weight did you lose after the first week?

I lost 10lbs but I was massive with a BMI just over 50. I struggled to eat at all for the first couple of weeks and didn’t like it at all. It did ease off a bit and I have stayed with the 2.5mg for months

Same as you. Great suppression and no bad side effects. I'm on 3rd injection and still only kn 3.75mg as haven't needed to go to 5 yet, however my suppression has been less this week so may go up to 5mg next week now

Same here. Suppression very quickly and felt energetic. Tiredness and lethargy followed in the weeks after though but that has improved in the last few weeks on 5mg (I'm on week 9). I lost 4lbs in the first week and I've lost two stone in 9 weeks and only a stone to goal! It's been life changing for me.

You are not supposed to move up until you have completed 4 of 2.5mg

Correct.
I wrote injection...meant pen.
I've done 8 weeks on 2.5mg and 2 weeks on 3.75mg.

Couldn’t tell I had taken anything. No noticeable effects at all until 7.5mg

In my first week I lost 4kg - definitely water weight, I must have been so inflammed and swollen. But that’s weight I could not shift at all for the previous 2 years. Zero food noise, as though my stomach had been muted. No other side effects other than a dry mouth. But I was so paranoid about getting them that I completely overhauled my diet - no sugar, nothing fried, nothing too creamy, lots of veg, lean protein. That first week I was probably getting about 900-1100 calories a day but I had tonnes of energy. My procrastination levels were nonexistent, I’d think of a task and just do it. That definitely eased off over the weeks as I lost weight and my body slowed down and the tiredness kicked in. I purposely increased my calories to 1200 and then 1350 to combat the tiredness.
I’m in my 11th week now and rate of loss is a an average 1kg a week including that first whoosh, which means most weeks I lose less than 1kg. I’m on electrolytes for the tiredness, I increase calories on days where the suppression eases off too which again helps with energy levels. And I prioritise trying to hit my 110g a day protein goal.
I did 6x2.5mg, 2x3.33mg, 1x3.75mg, 1x4.17mg, 1x5mg.

I hesitated starting for ages because I was so worried about the side effects but aside from a tiny bit of nausea (no vomiting though!!) I’ve been fine.
it helped so much with ‘food noise’ which has been a huge factor in my weight gain / poor relationship
with food and dieting since I was a teenager.
Weighed a day early but I’m down 11lbs on my first week of 2.5mg, I can’t believe it.

Have definitely noticed the suppression is lower towards the end of the week though, 2nd injection tomorrow so looking forward to seeing what comes next!

Good luck for the rest of your journey :)
