Can I get 4 doses of 12.5mg from 10mg pen?

I have been using the "golden dose" from my last 3 pens and continually gotten an extra 0.8ml from that last bit with a syringe.
How many mg's will I get from 0.2ml of 10mg pen?
Can only do girl math on my fingers and toes 😆🤣🤣

I don't know what "girl math" is.

0.6ml is a full dose for any pen. So, for a 10mg pen then 0.6ml would give you 10mg. 0.2ml would give you 10/3 or 3.33mg, because 0.2 is a third of 0.6. Please check my maths yourself carefully before taking my word for it.

If you want 4 doses of 12.5mg why not buy a 12.5mg pen and get 5 doses.

I suppose, given the question, that @Oneeata probably already has the 10mg pen?

There's a supply issue of 12.5 and 15mg pens apparently and so have had to buy a 10mg pen rather than wait however long might take for supply issues to be caught up on.

Yes you can. Before the shortage I’d ordered a second 10mg pen, but my suppression had started to wane by the time I needed to use it. I managed to get 4x 12.5mg out of it.

The first 3 doses I did the full 60 clicks, followed by a second injection with 15 clicks. The 4th dose I had to extract with a syringe and got around 0.75ml out.

My 15mg pen came this morning just fine

I'm aware We Prescribe and Med express have supply issues at present. I forget which but think was Asda and pharmacy2u had messages on website also stating shortages but were still dispensing these for current customers (which I'm not).

Medicine Market Place also have no 12.5 or 15 pens in stock.

IQ Doctor have 12.5mg in stock. They approve quickly if you are changing to them too.
