I'm currently wearing a size 18 tunic/mini dress

and it's a little bit loose 🥹.
Was in Asda earlier and saw it ( only 5 pounds on sale) but they only had a 18 and down left. So I picked it up.for when I lost more weight but I can wear it now !!! My other clothes are size 22.

I'm on mounjaro but have only just started so not dropped any dress sizes yet but am losing well. Can't wait for the feeling of buying clothes a few sizes smaller!

Do you mind me asking which medication you are taking? I'm seriously considering it, and wondered if anyone has any recommendations?

I need to lose 3.5 - 4stone, I suffer terribly with cravings and also need to really find my willpower too! I think if I see results a couple of weeks in a row I'll be fine and keep going with being sensible, I tend to fall off the wagon if I have a week where I put weight back on x

It's great isn't it? I started put at size 24 and I now own three pairs of size 14 jeans and I can get in them. I still find it strange to be able to go in a shop and buy off the rail.
